Case Converter

Introduction

Case Converter is a simple tool that allows you to convert a string to lower case, upper case, capitalized case and sentence case. You can use it for many different applications like passwords and other sensitive data.

Case Converter converts a string to lower case, upper case, capitalized case and sentence case.

The Case Converter library converts a string to lower case, upper case, capitalized case and sentence case. It is a JavaScript library that can be used in your Node.js applications or any JavaScript based project. The Case Converter library also supports Python, Java and Objective-C development environments.

Capitalized Case

Capitalized case is the default case, used for titles and sentence case. In capitalized case, you capitalize the first letter of each word in a sentence.

Let’s say we have the word ‘cat’ in lowercase:

```cAt```
If we convert this to capitalized case, we get `CAt`. As you can see, both letters “A” are capitalized (because they are at the beginning of their respective words).
Sentence Case
Sentence case is a type of capitalization in which the first letter of every word is capitalized, including articles and conjunctions. It's also known as running title capitalization or headline style.
Lower Case
The Lower Case option will convert all characters to lower case. This means that ABCD becomes abcd, and abcD becomes abcD.
Case Insensitive - The Case Insensitive option will convert both upper and lower case characters to their lower case equivalent. This means that ABCD becomes AbCd, which is the same as AbCd
Upper Case
The Upper Case converter converts the first letter of each word to upper case.
This is useful for:
  • converting a string to all caps (like "Hello" to "HELLO")
  • converting a string containing only lowercase letters to lowercase
Try it out!
The Case Converter can be used to convert strings to lower case, upper case, capitalized case and sentence case. If a string is empty or null it will not change the value of your input.
How to use the Case Converter:
  • Lowercase: `c_to_lowercase`
  • Uppercase: `c_to_uppercase`
  • Capitalized: `c_to_capitalized`
